The demand of Floyd Mayweather jr. for an olympic-style drug testing with Manny pacquiao was rejected by Pacman's camp, saying that the Nevada commission is already enough and later sued Mayweather's camp on accusing Manny of using steroids. ( a drug that will make an athlete stronger ) though Pacquiao already agreed for blood testing immediately after his fight, May weathers camp would still be demanding a random blood testing that will disrupt both of their training preparation for the fight. Pacquiao believes in the reliability of the Nevada commission, but May Weather would still believe that the test is not enough. A lot of critics says a boxer is not bigger than the sports itself. 

This was manifested when Mayweather camp are setting and dictating new rules, policy and guidelines on how they will do their fight.
